I have applied for a part tine job at sainsbury's in the new mobile phone shop, while I'm at uni. I have been told that you need to be fsa registered but I have a very bad credit history. I'm 21, went to uni at 20 but between the age of 18 and 19 I was very irresponsible and got into debt. I'm still paying it back now and coincidentally I now have 4 defaults on my credit file ( one paid) three being paid. I have about 4k left to paywill this stop my application, I'm not sure if I want this brought up and everyone to know.does a bad credit history stop an individual from being FSA registered

Yesterday at TACO BELL i had a quick salad and soda. I was charged $6.92 and left for work.TWICE since that time, my debit card (HRBlock Emerald Card) has been debited for the exact sameamount, payable to TACO BELL. THE last debit was at 05:48am today while I slept (the text alert woke me) and TACO BELL is not even open at that time. WAS this a TACO BELL error or HRBlock error because when I called HRBlock regarding this (almost immediately) they said that the funds have not yet been dispersed to "QSR" and now I have to go through much time and paperwork to retrieve the two times $6.92 ($13.84) unauthorized debit. I seek a faster remedy if anyone has one.

I recently applied for a job and went through all the vetting procedures in which the company took my bank details. The week before I was due to start I turned the job down as I had another job offer. The company with whom I turned the job down sent me written confirmation that they knew i would not be starting the job. However, I received a months wages from the company as they had obviously not taken me off the payroll. I rang the company to tell them this and they told me someone would call me back by the end of the day. It's three weeks later and I have not heard anything. What should I do? The company is a very large banking organisation who obviously have enough money not to be too worried about a months wages

She recently got her first pay check and she was not paid for after hours work she had done. The restaurant closes at 9:00 and she has stayed after that to clean and roll silverware for the next day. In her pay check, the 2 hours extra that she has been staying, she wasn't paid for. She didn't clock out, yet she wasn't paid. Is there a law in Virginia that protects her from this?

Open Question: Help with ordering a suit - "big" vs "portly"?
I have been browsing JC Penney's website, attempting to find a decent suit for academic and church occasions which require one. I have decided to go with a Stafford Black (pin) Stripe suit (I personally like the style and think I could pull it off), partially because it is one of the few available in my size range.
My concern is the difference between the terms "big" and "portly" in sizing. I know that portly typically means a lower "drop" (difference between chest and waste sizes) when referring to a whole suit, but I've never really understood the technical meaning of the term "big" - all I know is that when I have to buy "big" stafford shirts to get a large enough neck size (20) for myself, I end up with a poofy, baggy mess around my arms and waste (Granted part of the problem may have stemmed from me getting 36-37 arm length, as 34-35 seemed a bit short from stafford, and had a reverse effect which made the shirt fit smaller). I eventually ended up forking out the money for nicer-quality shirts from Men's Wearhouse that actually fit my neck and arms without feeling too baggy, but that's another story.
With the suit I am trying to order, the jacket I will be ordering will undoubtedly not be int he "regular" chest size range, but I'm curious as to what range I should get. I have a size 52 regular (regular length as well) stafford jacket, but it has come to be a bit too small around the waste. Should I jump up to a 54 (big or portly) or try a 52 portly? Will that give me more adequate room around the waste while preserving the chest size, which seems to work (I need to check my chest size, but 52 usually isn't a problem)?
Lastly, as for the pants, how the heck are "big", "portly", "regular", or any term relevant, and why are they separate? With the inseam aside, isn't there only one other measurement - the waste? Since it isn't relative to any chest size, why would pants be considered to be in any sort of fit? Or does the ft affect, say, something like the leg diameter or something like that? I ask because the pants I'd like to order are backordered in BIG - 46, but they're readily available in PORTLY - 46 (30 inseam for both). I'd preferably like to have my suit by the end of next weak, but with the "big" pants backordered, I may have to go with "portly" to get them in time for ANY occasion I would like to wear them for (otherwise, it's useless to have the jacket in time, as it would look tacky with the solid black pants). Is there a difference, or is this just messy book-keeping on the website?

BUT IN GENERAL, When I see a site like this, a few things make me cautious:
1) website's name is funsneaker but they only list Nike sneakers - as if they are targeting people searching for only a handful of specific shoes.
2) The About Us section is made to LOOK like it says something important, but it doesn't. The English is stilted and incomplete. For example, the first 'Advantage' cuts off mid-sentence. The 4th Advantage doesn't list anything. Also, Advantage 2 mentions the website's excellent customer service with regards to their Coach bags, and this is supposed to be a sneaker commerce site.
3) The Contact Us page is a form and has no telephphone numbers or addresses. This is a big tip-off that you may have a problem with this company.

He would do anything to retrieve her, to get her back, or at least to see her one more time. Then one day, he finds out that there's actually a way to get her back. Although he needs to go to the land of spirits and find her there. At the end, he learns that what's gone is gone and he can't go back. I know this is a rather odd question, but I've been wondering about it. The reason I say Vampires instead of all Undead is because Zombies and Mummies don't have the ability and mindset to have sex. So, what do you guys think? Is necrophilia restricted to a living person having sex with a dead body, or is two Undead having sex the same thing?
